Heatherpaw

` tom
` 9 moons
` Rainclan
` Apprentice
Description:
Build: He’s mainly built for swimming swiftly and running. Though he is thick furred, that doesn’t slow him down when it comes to diving deep into the water and chasing after an unexpecting fish. He’s strong in other ways, with powerful muscles around his legs and his long claws. He’ll be sure to over-power a cat that is smaller than him, and of course, and apprentice. It doesn’t matter what rank you are though, he’ll do his best to beat you, and there is no doubt there.
Pelt: His pelt is a variety of colors. His face, first off, starts with white around his maw, fading out to lighter brown colors. The stripes on his forehead are dark brown, and the stripes coming from his eyes to the side of his head are a much more red-brown color. His eyes are a light chocolate brown, with long whiskers to accent them. His neck is white, but the very top ruffle of fur is a light brown, fading off to brown. His ear fur is white as wall. His flank is striped with that red-brown color, though the stripes fade into the light brown of his pelt, so they look like simply accents, not stripes. His tail is bottle-brushy, and the stripes there are a lot more definable. His legs are a darker brown than his flank, with white paws to end each limb.
Personality:
Loyalty: To his leader, he would do anything he it assigned too. The same goes for the deputy and the elders. Warriors… well, he doesn’t trust them and so, it takes a bit of persuation to get him to do much. Of course, for his mentor, it’s just about as much respect as he would have for his leader. After all, they do decide if he gets to be a warrior or not. And that’s his main goal.
Revenge: Don’t get this cat mad at you. He’s already got big plans for that clan that attacked his clan and killed his mother all those moons ago. But, he could easily plan to have you treated with a punishment. Of course, he wouldn’t let anyone know besides his sister, but you’ll sure know it. He’ll glare at you when ever he sees you, and if you’re ever alone with him, be sure to watch your back. He’s none to friendly when you’ve done something to upset him.
Mainly: He’s a bit of a strange cat. He’s nice most of the time, sure, but sometimes he’ll get into a mood and simply getting him to speak to you will be a challenge. Of course, his sister is that exception to all of the above. They are closer than most siblings, and it turns out that he has unwavering trust in her. He’d tell her even if he did murder the leader or something. That’s just how much he trusts her. Of course, to the other apprentices, he’s not one to ask for help. If you’re on the brink of death, he’ll lend a paw. But, don’t ask him about fighting moves or hunting strategies. He’s not that nice most of the time.
Kin: Witheringpaw(Sister)
Mate/Crush: -none/open-
Mentor: ---
History:
Kithood: The was wonderful. Prey was plentiful, leafbare was far off in time and there seemed to be no threat to Rainclan. His mother and father were still in that special kind of love, only increased by the brining up of two new kits to their lifes. Witheringkit and Heatherkit had it good. Most of the time, nothing got in their way of happiness. It was everything a kit could have wanted and more, with plenty of kits in the nursery to grow into strong warriors.
Of course, like all stories go, their happiness had to come to an end somehow.
No kit knew which clan it was at the time, but they poured into Rainclan’s camp, attacking with the element of surprise on their side for a time. The two kitten’s mother did her best to defend the nursery, but a massive black tom wanted to get into the nursery horribly bad. The tom took their mother’s life, throwing her to the side. Their father watched the scene play out in horrified stillness. But he lept into action before more of his family could be harmed. He killed the black tom right there, eyes filled with revenge for his beloved mate.
It was from that day on the two kits had to get a bit more mature in life.
Apprenticeship: He was assigned a mentor, a good one at that, and sent to work on his skills in all of the fields. And he was a good apprentice, other than there always seemed to be something that he wasn’t telling anyone. But, that secret was shared with his sister. He was going to find that cat’s family and kill them all off and see how he felt about it. Of course, it was the way of the forest and the clans but there seemed to be no other way to get his point across. So, he had told his sister this plenty of times, and he always worked towards becoming the strong cat in the forest. If only he could become such a cat, because then, his life might get a bit better.
